AIOS Digital operates under the legal company name Alikhtiyar Aldhahabi Company Commercial. These terms govern access to the AIOS Digital website and the services we provide. A signed proposal or statement of work may add project-specific terms.
Using this website
You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected content or interfere with its operation.
Our services
Project scope, deliverables, milestones, fees and ownership are defined in the applicable proposal or statement of work. We will perform services with reasonable care and communicate material changes to scope or timing.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access and lawful content or materials. Delays in these dependencies may affect delivery dates and fees.
Intellectual property
Unless a project agreement states otherwise, each party retains ownership of its pre-existing materials. Rights to final, paid deliverables transfer as described in the applicable agreement; tools, methods and reusable components remain ours.
Limits and termination
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Either party may end a project according to its agreement, and completed work and approved costs remain payable.
