Where would AI actually save us money?
Usually in work that is frequent and follows rules: answering common customer questions, reading invoices and forms, sorting requests, drafting standard replies and reports. We estimate the hours and cost of each candidate job with you before recommending one.
Will it make things up?
Any language model can. We reduce it by making the system answer only from your own content, show its sources and decline when it does not know, and we measure how often it is wrong before and after launch. Where a decision matters, a person approves it.
Is our data safe?
We agree with you where data is processed and stored before we start, limit what the system can see to what each user is allowed to see, and choose providers and settings that keep your data out of public model training.
Do we need a lot of data to start?
No. Most first projects run on what you already have: your documents, your product and price lists, your past tickets or orders. We tell you early if something essential is missing.
Which AI models do you use?
The one that fits the job and your constraints: a commercial model, an open model hosted for you, or a mix. We design the system so the model can be changed later without rebuilding the rest.
