Your busiest day
The crowd arrived.
Your site went down.
The offer worked. The campaign worked. Thousands of customers arrived in the same hour, the system could not take them, and they left for a competitor that was open. We build yours to take the crowd.
01 / Before the doors open
Be ready before
the rush begins.
We set up the servers, network and storage your website, app or system runs on, sized for what you need today and ready to grow. If you are on an old server or a shared host, we move you across with a plan and no surprise downtime.
- Cloud setup and migration
- Hosting chosen for your customers and your data rules
- A test environment before anything reaches customers
02 / The rush
More customers.
No one kept waiting.
A campaign, a sale or one mention can send ten times the usual visitors in an hour. We build your system to add capacity when demand rises, and to keep serving when one part of it fails.
- Capacity that follows demand
- No single point where everything stops
- Load tested before your busy season
03 / While you stay open
New features,
with the doors open.
An update should be routine, not a risk. Every change is tested automatically and released in small steps, with a way back if something is wrong. Your customers keep using the service while it improves.
- Automated tests and releases (CI/CD)
- Updates without taking the service offline
- Rollback in one step
04 / The control room
Spot the problem
before customers do.
You should hear about a problem from your own system, not from a customer. We set up monitoring that watches speed, errors and capacity day and night, alerts that go to the right person, and a written plan for what to do next.
- Monitoring and alerts, day and night
- Dashboards you can read
- A written plan for incidents
05 / At the door
Let customers in.
Keep trouble out.
Protection is part of the build, not something added after an incident: access is limited, data is encrypted and backed up, and a restore is tested before you need it. And each month you see what you spent, and why.
- Access control and encryption
- Backups with tested restores
- Clear monthly costs, nothing left running idle
06 / How we work
Steady steps, with nothing switched off.
We start from what you run today and change it in stages. Your customers keep being served throughout, and you see what each stage fixed before the next begins.
- 01
Assess
We map what you run, where it is hosted and what it costs, and measure how it behaves at busy times. You get the risks in order of what they could cost you.
- 02
Plan
We agree the target setup, the order of the work and the monthly cost, with the trade-offs written down.
- 03
Build & move
We set up the new environment beside the old one, automate testing and releases, and move across at a quiet hour you choose.
- 04
Run & improve
We watch the numbers with you, tune capacity and cost, and hand over as much or as little of the running as you want.
Before we begin
The practical questions.
How do we know our hosting is costing us customers?
Three numbers show it: how long your pages take to load at busy times, how many hours the site or app was unavailable in the past year, and how many updates were delayed for fear of breaking something. We measure all three in a short review and show you the results.
Do we have to move everything to the cloud?
No. We start from what you have. Some systems are worth moving, some are better improved where they are, and some should be left alone. We recommend each with its cost and its risk.
Will our site be down during the move?
We plan a move so the old and new systems run side by side and the switch takes minutes, at a quiet hour you choose. If a step needs a short pause, you know about it beforehand.
Will the cloud cost more than our current server?
Not necessarily. We size the setup for real use, switch off what sits idle and report the spend each month. You see the expected monthly cost before you commit.
What happens after the setup?
We agree that before we start. We can run and monitor the platform for you, share the work with your team, or hand it over with documentation and training.
07 / Ready when you are
Let’s keep you open
on your busiest day.
Tell us what your website, app or system runs on today, and what worries you about it. We’ll come back with a clear picture of the risks and a plan to fix them in order.
